Pursuant to Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Secretary
of the Department of Labor and, Division of Labor is considering changes to the Arkansas
Minimum Wage Act rules. The proposed changes will amend the rules to incorporate changes
required by Acts 397, 737, and 743 of 2025, and make technical changes to conform the rules to
current Arkansas law.
Written comment will be accepted if received by 5 p.m. on April 15, 2026, at the below
address or by email to [email protected]. or at a public hearing at the Department,
