Please carefully select the correct form for your credential! Submitting the wrong form will result in a delay in processing.
Attention Non-Resident Appraisers! We are in the process of converting you to an annual June 30 renewal (with 28 hrs of CE due every even year), so that you’re on the same renewal/education cycle as our resident appraisers. In order to transition you in RLP (our online licensing portal), we need you to use the initial form for your credential level located under the Individual Applications banner (as opposed to the non-resident form you formerly used). You’ll start with an initial application, but will answer “No” to “Are you applying for a new non-resident reciprocal license?” and “Yes” to the question “Are you renewing your license?” You will be invoiced a pro-rated renewal fee.
You may direct questions to [email protected]. Thanks for your patience through this transition period.

Please Note: Transfer applications are not for reciprocal licensing. A transfer application is for an individual who is a licensed appraiser in another state but has moved to Arkansas and is now a resident of this state.
Appraisal Management Company (AMC) forms can be found under the Appraisal Management Companies tab.
