The Arkansas Approved Continuing and Qualifying Education List (link below) covers all CE/QE courses approved by SBAAHI. Appraisers practicing in Arkansas must select from this list for continuing or qualifying education requirements.*

*If a course is taken that is not on the approved list, it may be submitted for individual credit approval per person. You may request individual credit by submitting:

• Completed Individual Credit application
• Course Completion Certificate
• Course Description (request from education provider)
• Timed Course Outline (request from education provider)
• If the course is an online course, you must submit the IDECC certification.
• If the course is approved by the AQB, you must submit the CAP approval certification.

Education providers do not submit completion certificates to the Board office on your behalf. You must upload course completion certificates into your ELP account. If you have any questions, please call the Board office at 501-296-1843.

Please Note:  The board approved a policy to limit the amount of CE hours that can be earned in a 24-hour period to 14 hours (eff Sep 2025).
