The Arkansas Approved Qualifying Education and Continuing Education Lists (links below) cover all QE/CE courses approved by SBAAHI. Home Inspectors practicing in Arkansas must select from these lists for qualifying and continuing education requirements.*

*If a course is taken that is not on the approved list, it may be submitted for individual credit approval per person. You may request individual credit by submitting:

• Completed Individual Credit Application
• Course Completion Certificate
• Course Description (request from education provider)
• Timed Course Outline (request from education provider)

Education providers do not submit completion certificates to the Board office on your behalf. You must upload course completion certificates into your ELP account. If you have any questions, please call the Board office at 501-296-1843.

It is ESSENTIAL that you confirm with the chosen company that you are attending the course having the specific course number listed.

• Class = Classroom Only; Class/Synch =Both Classroom and Synchronous; Online = Online/Asynchronous
