Severe Weather Donate to the Arkansas Disaster Relief Program
There are many benefits to establishing a drug-free workplace: reduced accidents, reduced absenteeism, reduced turnover, increased employer morale. Employers who establish a drug-free workplace program which meets the requirements of AWCC Rule 099.36 are eligible to receive an additional benefit: 5% credit on their workers’ compensation insurance premium. You can download copies of the Rule 099.36 or the application. A help-packet is also available which includes information on the benefits of a drug-free workplace, sample policies and notifications and other useful information.
